Unit 7 of 9
Inference for Quantitative Data: Means
This unit applies inference methods to quantitative data using the t-distribution — appropriate when the population standard deviation is unknown. Students construct confidence intervals and conduct hypothesis tests for population means and differences in means using t-procedures.
