Unit 8 of 9
Inference for Categorical Data: Chi-Square
This unit extends inference to categorical data with multiple categories, using the chi-square distribution. Students conduct goodness-of-fit tests to compare observed distributions to expected distributions, and tests for homogeneity and independence using two-way tables.
