Ideal Gases

There are certain laws that describe the relationship between certain conditions of ideal gases. An ideal gas is a gas with simplified behaviors. These behaviors include: ideal gases have negligible (or zero) intermolecular forces. The molecules do not attract nor repel each other. Collisions are also elastic, meaning the total kinetic energy of the bodies remains the same. All molecules move in a straight line unless they collide with the walls of a container or another molecule. Molecules are also considered to not have any mass to further simplify the behavior. Real gases behave similarly to ideal gases at high temperature / low pressures.
